Orders and enquiries

When you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or email, you choose what to share. This may include your name, contact details, delivery address, selected dishes, and catering event details. We use information you provide to respond, prepare quotations, arrange orders and delivery, and handle related customer service.

The menu can prepare an order message and open WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp is not a confirmed order or catering booking. You review and send the message in WhatsApp, and confirm arrangements with the restaurant.

Your menu basket

The website stores your selected menu items in your browser's local storage so your basket can remain available between visits. You can remove items from the basket or clear this website's stored data in your browser settings.

Website and advertising measurement

Our homepage and menu use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads measurement to help us understand visits and interactions with our advertising. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical information such as device and browser details, IP addresses, page addresses and advertising identifiers.

WhatsApp button clicks, including catering enquiry clicks, are measured as interactions. The menu may also send basket item counts and basket value with the click event. These events indicate a click or enquiry, not a verified purchase or completed booking.

Our own website counter records the time, source page and button label of WhatsApp clicks. It keeps the latest 50 click entries and up to 400 daily totals, together with overall totals. This counter does not record the content of your WhatsApp conversation. Hosting services may also process technical access logs to operate and protect the website.

External services

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and social platforms open services operated by other providers. Information you share there is handled under their own privacy policies. Our hosting and advertising providers may process information on systems outside the UAE.

Your choices

You can manage or delete cookies and website storage through your browser settings. Blocking storage may affect the menu basket or measurement. Google also provides advertising preferences through My Ad Center. You may contact us by phone or email instead of using WhatsApp.
